If you're having an issue with your rifle, email us at customerservice@azonearmamentllc.com with a copy of your receipt and contact information. We will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number along with a shipping label. All custom-built rifles SHALL be original with no modifications. We build and test each rifle to ensure quality and functionality. Tampering with any of the rifles' original design and/or build WILL void the warranty.  We DO NOT warranty any A-Zone Armament manufactured rifle that has been altered. 

If you wish to return a part, email us at customerservice@azonearmamentllc.com with a copy of your receipt. We will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number.  All parts MUST be in original manufactures sealed packing for return. Special Orders will NOT be eligible for a return. Parts may also be subject to a restocking fee. 

The shirt doesn’t fit? Just email us at customerservice@azonearmamentllc.com with a copy of your receipt. We will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number. Items must not be previously worn (hats, shirts, etc.). We will exchange or return the original amount minus shipping.

No, we only ship within the continental US.

We accept all major credit cards. No checks, money orders, PayPal, etc.  Once your order is placed, allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping on parts. Rifles are usually built to order so allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping (subject to availability on parts and accessories). Barrels may have a longer lead time just depending on the caliber and length. Contact us for more details.

We ship UPS for rifles and USPS for small parts. You will receive tracking once your order has been shipped. We ensure quality by having all of our packages signed once delivered. This ensures safety and quality for all.

• Small parts are the flat rate of $10.00.

Permanently attaches the muzzle device to the barrels to achieve an overall length of 16” from the bolt face to the end of the muzzle device.  Ref: ATF 5320-8 ATF National Firearms Act Handbook, page 5.

Yes! We use only American-made parts.

Yes, with the current lead times and demand, we are experiencing shortages also. You can always contact us for current inventory levels.

Apex Precision is based in Seagoville, TX. Apex Precision Manufacturing offers a wide variety of barrel calibers and lengths. A-Zone Armament is the preferred supplier of Apex Precision MFG barrels. Stock barrel orders may be returned ONLY if the barrel hasn’t been Installed into a rifle. Custom barrel orders are not eligible for return or exchange. What all can you engrave? We can engrave any stock design. Custom engraving will be a longer lead time on your part or rifle. There are some designs or logos that have trademarks that prohibit us from using. Email us with any questions you may have at customerservice@azonearmamentllc.com. Also, we will have another page solely for custom laser engraving. Check back for more updates!
